Radar do Voto Terms of Use
Version 1.2 · In force since October 15, 2026 · Previous versions: 1.1 and 1.0
What changed in version 1.2 (October 15, 2026). We added the Radar plans (Municipal, State and Brazil), for 30 days or for 1 year, and the automatic renewal of the 30-day plan paid by credit card (sections 6.2 and 6.3). We added the PDF Reports, delivered by email (section 6.7). The 2026 results appear as the TSE releases them and may change through retabulation (sections 4 and 5). The data for the invoice is now requested after the payment is approved (section 6.8). Version 1.1 (September 30, 2026) added login with the 6-digit code and with a Google account, and the possibility of requiring login and payment to see the 2026 results by city at times of high traffic.
1. On one page
- Radar do Voto shows the results of Brazilian elections from 1933 to 2024, based on the public files of Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE), and the 2026 results as the TSE releases them.
- We also show the candidacies registered for the 2026 election, according to the records the TSE publishes, updated daily. Because this registry changes until the deadline closes, for up-to-the-minute information we recommend checking the source directly, the TSE.
- We are not the TSE, we have no ties to it and we do not speak for it.
- Browsing is free. We charge nothing to see the results pages, except for the 2026 results by city, which may require login and payment because of high traffic. There is also a free Presidential Panel, available with registration.
- There are also paid products: the Mapa do Voto, the Radar plans (Municipal, State and Brazil, for 30 days or for 1 year) and other analysis Panels, which give access to panels by login, and the PDF Reports, delivered by email. What they are, how you pay, how you receive them and how long they last is in section 6, and the details are in the License of Use and Services Agreement.
- If you think some data about you is wrong or should not be here, there is a way to request a correction: section 10, and the details are in the Privacy Policy.
Using the site means agreeing to these Terms.
2. Who is responsible for the site
Radar do Voto is operated by RADAR DO VOTO ASSESSORIA E CONSULTORIA POLÍTICA E ELEITORAL LTDA, registered under CNPJ 68.178.265/0001-18.
How to reach us:
- Email: [email protected]
- WhatsApp: +55 11 91111-2892
Email is the channel for corrections and contact, including requests about personal data.
3. What Radar do Voto is, and what it is not
It is an organized collection of election results published by the TSE, with tools to browse by election, by state, by city and by person.
It is not:
- It is not the TSE, nor the Electoral Justice system. We have no ties, agreement or sponsorship with any public body. We use the open files of the TSE.
- It is not an election poll, projection, forecast or bet. Nothing on the site estimates what will happen.
- It is not electoral advertising nor support for any candidate, party, federation or coalition. The site treats all records the same way, with the same design, in the order the vote places them.
4. Where the data comes from and when it was extracted
The data comes from the TSE open data files: votes by candidate, turnout details, votes by party, candidacy records, campaign finance reports (fundraising, donors and campaign spending) and the candidate photograph files. The 2026 results come from the results the TSE releases, during and after the count, and are updated here as the TSE publishes them. The site only presents as elected those the TSE declared elected.
The extraction of the historical database (1933 to 2024) used in the current version of the site is from July 16, 2026; after it, we incorporated corrections the TSE published, such as the final status of those elected in 2022 and 2024. The 2026 candidacies and results are updated as the TSE releases them.
This matters for two reasons:
- The TSE republishes. It corrects, completes and reissues files over time. A number that is here today may have changed at the source since then. When Radar do Voto and the TSE differ, the TSE is right.
- Later court decisions do not appear by themselves. Removal from office, denied certification, recount, lost mandate: none of this comes in here automatically. What the site shows is what the file for that election says.
5. Limitations we already know about and do not hide
We would rather list them than be caught. All of them were measured in the files themselves:
- Before 1994 there are no results by city. The TSE only publishes by state for that era, and does not publish a candidate identifier.
- In 1994 and 1996 the TSE published the total of valid votes as zero in part of the files. Where this happens, the site hides the percentage instead of showing an invented number.
- There are elections in which the TSE did not publish the votes by candidate, even though turnout was recorded. We checked the original file: the data does not exist at the source. On those pages the site says the TSE did not publish it, instead of saying there was no vote.
- The link between candidacies of the same person is our own reconstruction, not TSE data. From 1998 on it uses the voter registration number plus the date of birth, and it is quite reliable. In earlier elections, when the TSE did not publish these fields, the link uses the name plus the place of the candidacy, and then it may merge two people with the same name. Whenever there was doubt, we chose to keep them separate rather than merge them wrongly. We estimate this risk at about 0.3% of the links made by name only, about 340 people in a universe of roughly 115 thousand linked by this method, within a total collection of more than two million people. Even so, if you see a record that mixes two people, let us know: section 10.
- Those whose registration was rejected or challenged appear. This is information from the TSE itself and is useful to voters. The site always writes this status attributing it to the source, "according to data from the TSE, the registration was rejected", and never as a statement of ours about the person.
- The 2026 results may change after election night. The TSE redoes the tabulation (retabulation) when the Electoral Justice system decides on candidacy registrations that were sub judice or annuls votes, and this may change votes, those elected and alternates. The site follows these changes as the TSE publishes them, but there may be a gap between the publication and the update here.
For any use that produces a legal, financial or electoral effect, check with the TSE.
6. Free browsing and paid products
6.1. Browsing is free. Viewing election results on Radar do Voto is free and does not require registration, except for the 2026 results by city, which may require login and payment because of high traffic. The results for the country, for each state and for all earlier elections remain open to everyone. When there is a charge, the amount appears on screen before payment, which is made through Mercado Pago, and the rules for paid products in this section apply. The Presidential Panel (the map of the presidential vote, state by state and municipality by municipality) is also free, and only asks you to register to access it.
6.2. Paid products: the Mapa do Voto and the Radar plans. In addition to the free part, Radar do Voto offers the Mapa do Voto, purchased by state (federative unit), which licenses access, by login, to the analysis panels of the TSE public data for that state. The Mapa do Voto for a state includes:
- the two state panels (the 1994-2022 General Elections Analysis and the 2026 Opportunity Map), with the analysis by neighborhood and by polling place included; and
- the Municipal Mapa do Voto for 1 (one) city of your choice (mayor and city councillor by neighborhood and by polling place), which may be in any state.
No panel is sold separately: the Analysis and the Opportunity Map are always part of the Mapa do Voto. Additional cities may be purchased separately.
Radar do Voto also offers the Radar plans, purchased for 30 (thirty) days or for 1 (one) year, as you choose:
- Radar Municipal: the Municipal Mapa do Voto for 1 (one) city of your choice;
- Radar Estadual (State): the General Elections Analysis for a state, with the analysis by neighborhood and by polling place, and the Municipal Mapa do Voto for all cities in that state;
- Radar Brasil (Brazil): the same as Radar Estadual, in all 27 states.
All Radar plans include Radar Comparativo, which compares candidates with each other, by city, by neighborhood and by polling place, across the whole country.
6.3. How to purchase and for how long. The purchase is online, through the Mercado Pago payment platform (card or Pix); no card or Pix data passes through Radar do Voto. The price is the amount shown on the payment screen at the time of purchase, and it may be promotional or have a Pix discount. For the Panels, once payment is confirmed, access is granted immediately, by a link sent to your email. Reports follow section 6.7. Access is individual and in the name of the Contracting Party and lasts for the period shown on the purchase screen (the Mapa do Voto, for 1 (one) year; the Radar plans, for 30 (thirty) days or for 1 (one) year, according to the period chosen; other Panels may have a shorter period).
Payment is one-time, with one exception: the 30 (thirty) day Radar plan paid by credit card is purchased with automatic renewal, and the same amount is charged every month until you cancel. The payment screen says so before you pay. Those who prefer a one-time payment pay by Pix. Before each charge we notify you by email, and you can cancel through your account on the site at any time: the cancellation applies to the following charges, and access continues until the end of the period already paid. With Pix, and on the 1 (one) year plan, payment is always one-time and does not renew by itself.
6.4. The Agreement governs the purchase. The purchase of the Mapa do Voto, the Radar plans and the Reports, with all its details (what it includes, price, payment, automatic renewal and cancellation, access or delivery period, included city and additional cities, coupon, usage restrictions and supporting exports), is governed by the License of Use and Services Agreement, which you read and accept at the time of purchase. In case of any discrepancy about the purchase, the Agreement prevails.
6.5. Who may buy, and electoral use. The paid products may be purchased by anyone, individual or legal entity, including candidates, parties, federations, coalitions and campaign agents. Radar do Voto provides a tool for analyzing public data (section 3) and is not responsible for the electoral use the Contracting Party makes of the product; it is up to the purchaser to comply with the applicable electoral legislation, including the rules on advertising, on campaign fundraising and spending, and on financial reporting.
6.6. Other paid Panels. Radar do Voto may also offer other paid Panels for analyzing TSE public data, such as Radar das Campanhas (campaign financing: fundraising, donors and spending, based on campaign finance reports) and Radar dos Doadores. What each one includes, the price and the access period are those shown on the purchase screen at the time of purchase; the purchase is governed by the same Agreement (section 6.4).
6.7. PDF Reports. Radar do Voto also sells PDF reports on the 2026 election: the Candidate Report (for one 2026 candidacy, for any office, by city or with neighborhood and school) and the place reports (for a city, a state or Brazil). Each report is a file, not access to a panel: you receive by email a link to download it, valid for the period stated at purchase. Some reports are sold as pre-sales, before the TSE releases the data they use, and are delivered after that data comes out, with no fixed date. You may buy several at once, in a single payment. The details are in the Agreement (section 6.4), clauses 1.10 to 1.12, 6.9, 6.10 and 7.5 to 7.10.
6.8. Invoice. After the payment is approved, we ask for the data for the service invoice: CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian individual or company taxpayer number), name or company name, email for delivery and, as applicable, address and mobile phone for contact. The request appears on the completed purchase screen, in the confirmation email and in the panel, where the data can also be edited. When the payment already includes the name, CPF or CNPJ and address of the payer, this data comes prefilled for you to check. The invoice is issued and sent to the email provided.
7. Registration
The site works without registration for viewing results: no one needs to identify themselves to see the election data, except for the 2026 results by city at times of high traffic (section 6.1). Above all, Radar do Voto exists to bring transparency to elections and to serve as a memory: to gather in one place who ran, how many votes they got and what happened in each election, from 1933 to today. It is a tool for voters to understand the past and make a better decision on their next vote. That is why browsing is, and will remain, open to everyone, with that exception.
Registration is used to save candidates, follow the elections, access the free Presidential Panel, see the 2026 results by city when they require login, purchase and access the paid products (the Mapa do Voto Panels and the Radar plans) and buy the PDF Reports, and it has the rules below.
- Data will be requested for registration. What is done with each item, and why, is in the Privacy Policy.
- Registration and login use your email: we send a link and a 6-digit code, and you log in with either one, without a password. You can also log in with your Google account.
- If you purchase a paid product, access to the panel uses the same login, and the purchase confirmation arrives by email. If your plan has automatic renewal (section 6.3), your account is where you follow and cancel it. The purchase terms are in the Agreement (section 6).
- You are responsible for the data you provide. Providing another person's email or phone number is not allowed.
- By registering, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
- Radar do Voto news and tips are sent on the basis of legitimate interest (LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law), art. 7, IX). You can decline them at any time, with one click in the footer of any news email, without logging in.
- You can delete your account, and deleting means really deleting, not deactivating. What remains, and under which legal obligation, is in the Privacy Policy.
8. What you may and may not do with the content
You may, freely: browse, read, print, quote, take screenshots, share links, use it in class, in news reports, in academic work, in your own campaign material. We only ask that you cite the source as "TSE, via Radar do Voto", because the data belongs to the TSE and the organization is ours.
You may not:
- Scrape the site in bulk: a robot, script, crawler or service that downloads pages in series to rebuild the database.
- Circumvent the technical usage limits (request limiting, security blocks, access restrictions).
- Reproduce the whole site or a large part of it as if it were another service, with or without our brand.
- Use the "Radar do Voto" brand, logo or page design without authorization.
- Use the content to embarrass, threaten, stalk or harass anyone, or to build a dossier on the private life of a specific person. The analysis of the votes of a candidacy, which is a public act (section 9), is not a dossier.
- Try to break into, overload or degrade the operation of the site.
We apply an automatic request limit by origin. Normal use by real people comes nowhere near it. Those who exceed it receive a temporary error; those who persist may be blocked.
About rights: the numbers, names, parties, candidacy statuses and photographs are public data produced by the State, and do not belong to Radar do Voto: no one needs our authorization to use them. What is ours is the selection, the organization, the cross-referencing between elections, the explanatory texts, the code and the visual identity. This editorial content is protected by copyright, and its use beyond citing the source depends on our written authorization.
9. About publishing the name, party, votes and photo of candidates
The site publishes, for elections from 1933 to 2026: name, ballot name, party, number, office, electoral unit, votes, candidacy status and, for elections from 2010 on, the campaign photograph registered with the TSE.
All of this comes from the files the TSE itself publishes on its open data portal. A candidacy is a public act by definition: whoever registers to run for elected office submits their name to the electorate, and the result of that race is a historical record of permanent public interest.
If you appear on the site and believe there is an error, use the path in section 10. We review every request, and the Privacy Policy describes what we can and cannot do.
10. Error, correction and removal
The correction channel is the email [email protected]. Write with:
- the address (link) of the page where the problem is;
- what is wrong, in your reading;
- why, if you know, preferably pointing to the source that shows the correct number.
11. Third-party links and services
The site links to services that are not ours: WhatsApp, the TSE portal, Mercado Pago (payment) and Google (login, when you choose to log in with it). Each has its own terms and its own privacy policy, and we are not responsible for what they do.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use (or inability to use) of the site, nor for decisions made based on a number not checked against the source, the TSE.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may change this text. When the change is relevant, we announce it on the site. The date of the version in force is always at the top, and we keep a public history of the previous versions of these Terms. A change does not alter a purchase already made: each purchase follows the Agreement in force on the date it was made (Agreement, clause 14.1).
14. Governing law and venue
Brazilian law applies.
The courts of the district of São Paulo, capital of the State of São Paulo, are chosen to settle any matter arising from these Terms.
