Who did this person donate to? The Donors Radar lets you search by individual
Sep 21, 2026 · Radar do Voto Team
In the Donors Radar, you type a person's name and see who they donated to: which candidates, in which years and how much, adding up the last 20 years in a single profile. Data from the TSE, free, for a limited time.
Almost everyone knows donations from the candidate's side: how much they raised. The Donors Radar turns the lens to the other side and answers a question that used to be hard to ask: who did a person donate to?
Now you can find out in seconds. Type the name of an individual in the Donors Radar and see the picture of who funds politics, from the campaign finance reports of Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE). Free, for a limited time, on phones or computers.
What appears on each person's profile:
- Who they donated to: all the candidates that person funded, in which years and how much to each, adding up the last 20 years in a single profile.
- How much they donated in total: the sum of everything, broken down by year and by office.
- Who they helped elect: among the candidates who received the donation, which ones were elected.
- The ranking of the biggest funders: the largest individual donors in the country.
The search also covers companies, parties and crowdfunding. Donations from private companies appear from when they were still allowed, up to 2014.
Why it matters:
looking from the donor's side, not the campaign's, reveals a pattern that stays hidden when you look at one candidate at a time: who supports whom, who backs several names at the same time and where the same money repeats from one election to the next.
Public data.
Campaign donations are public information: the campaigns themselves declare them and the TSE releases them in the campaign finance reports. What Radar do Voto does is gather and organize this data, which is already public, faithful to the source, to make it easier to look up. We do not produce or alter the information; donating to a campaign is a legal and transparent act.
How to get there:
go to the Donors Radar, choose Individual and search for a name. It only takes signing up, at no cost.
It is part of Radar do Voto
, alongside the search for any candidacy from 1933 to 2026, the Presidential Dashboard and the Amendments Radar.
Donations are declared by the campaigns themselves and published by the TSE. Radar do Voto only gathers and organizes this public data (the campaign finance reports, DivulgaCandContas) and is not a primary source. Responsibility for the information lies with the source; in case of discrepancy, the TSE prevails.
Radar do Voto is an initiative to make Brazilian politics more transparent and within everyone's reach: from elections to legislative amendments, we bring together in one place what was scattered and hard to find, so anyone can understand it and keep watch with information in hand. If you believe in this, help us go further: share it with friends, family and people who work in politics.
